1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.
3. Acceptable Use
Tawcer is intended for lawful business and creator research. Automated scraping beyond permitted API use, account sharing, or any activity that degrades service for others may result in immediate suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, and content are owned by Tawcer. Content you create using the platform remains yours.
5. Cookie Preferences
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. Analytics cookies help us improve the platform. You may opt out of non-essential cookies at any time via your browser settings or by contacting us.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tawcer is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
