What to do when someone leaves a 3-star review with no explanation?

I just got my first 3-star review on a resource that has over fifty 5-star reviews. The buyer just wrote 'Okay resource.' and nothing else. I'm so upset. Should I reply to them or just let it go?

Write a polite, professional reply. Say something like: 'Thank you for your feedback! I always strive to make my resources as helpful as possible. If there is something specific I can improve or add to this resource, please let me know!' This shows other potential buyers that you provide excellent customer service.

Oh, I'm so sorry, that's the worst feeling! Honestly, it's usually best to just let it go. Trying to fix it sometimes makes them defensive.
