TPT's search algorithm has gotten much smarter about natural language. Go with the natural, readable title but keep key search terms at the very front. A title like 'Short A Phonics Worksheets for Kindergarten' is perfect because it's search-friendly but doesn't look like a robot wrote it to a real teacher browsing.

The first one is so hard to read. As a teacher buying, I usually skip listings that look like a string of hashtags because I worry the actual resource inside is low quality.
