Is anyone else struggling with font licensing?

I just found out a font I've been using in my freebies requires a commercial license for paid TPT products. Now I have to go back and edit 20 resources. How do you guys keep track of your commercial fonts?

Keep it simple! Buy a few high-quality, clean font bundles from known TPT font designers (who explicitly allow commercial use on TPT) and stick to those for all your products. It saves licensing headaches and actually helps keep your store's branding consistent!

I keep a Google Sheet with the font name, creator, and a link to my receipt of the license just in case I ever get audited.

Ugh, been there! I now have a dedicated folder on my computer called 'TPT Approved Fonts' and I only install fonts there that I've paid commercial licenses for.
