I've been thinking of putting $50 into Pinterest ads to promote my new algebra bundle. Has anyone actually made a profit doing this, or is it a waste of money? I already pin consistently but reach is pretty low lately.

Honestly, unless you already have a high-converting landing page or email list capture, cold Pinterest ads usually just eat up your budget. Teachers on Pinterest are usually looking for free ideas, not necessarily ready to buy on the spot. You're much better off spending that $50 on a TPT newsletter promotion or optimizing your product SEO for free.

I tried it last year and made zero sales from it. I think organic pins with good search keywords work way better.
